We got to hear their perspective re: being parents of a trans son, and they talked about their local support group for parents of trans folks: TransParent Okanagan. I always joke about moving to Canada but hearing the comparisons between the US and Canadian space is disheartening.
It’s like we are so behind and no one that has the power to do anything could be bothered to try.
